All of our images are high quality JPEGS saved in an RGB format at
300 dpi (dots per inch). This is the industry standard for images
being published on the internet as it allows for extremely high
quality imagery with small download times. When searching for
an image, download timing information is available but for example
a file that is 20 mb when opened in an image editing program will
be around 200k-2mb when it is being downloaded or e-mailed. If
you are having problems with a JPEG make try using a different
image editing program such as Adobe Photoshop. There are many free
programs on the internet that can open and process JPEG files such
as those found on www.download.com
To get a better understanding of the image quality why not download
one of our free images. Buying images
